| Agreed. It doesn't help that a lot of them are badly lit and no longer clearly painted when the lights on buildings on either side of a road may be a lot brighter. When wet they are even less visible. That said it is still no excuse for the amount of road traffic that just ploughs on across them ignoring pedestrians' right of way once a pedestrian has shown the intent to cross. |
