Then the companies will have to take responsibility for the legal status of the bikes and the behaviour of the riders." They should then also be taking responsibility for immigration status of the riders and that they know the Highway Code etc and won't be found trying to cycle along a motorway! Or is your food or whatever else delivery more important than bothering about that? |
