| I don't know when the change takes place. Certainly, long after dark at this time of year. The CHR vehicular traffic phase is still fairly generous. The green phase for exiting Dukes Avenue has always been very short, but it's even shorter now with the inclusion of a bike lane phase. If there's a queue of more than 3 cars at the top of Dukes Avenue, impatient drivers planning to turn left will often dive into Bourne Place and turn left and left again to avoid having to wait through an entire sequence of changes. |
