They go where the general rubbish goes. I'm afraid I don't know if that is incineration or landfill. It's not ideal I know but selfishly it was nice to be able to know your grass clippings wouldn't be hanging around for up to two weeks in an ugly brown wheelie bin turning into a stinking soup. I did have a compost bin but that filled up quicker than I could possibly use it. It was quite a large garden - every autumn I would rake up 30 bags of leaves. What irked me the most was that none of the trees involved were mine! |
