| What about an enforcement procedure to stop cyclists bicycling on pedestrian-only pavements? They'd be less of a coming-a-cropper with barbed blackberry fronds that arch out-and-about gracefully with scritchy-scratchy intent when we decide to waylay them of their right to grow wherever they please. Slower pedestrians on the path will no doubt be more aware of running or walking into scratching briars unless being not so smart because they had their silly digital heads looking into smart-phones not seeing where they were going, and were oblivious of meeting a defensive Flora. Threatened with her life she (Flora) vengefully hits out with tearing claws when ‘attacked’ on the pathway by stupid homo sapiens. Anyway, the article of complaint is pathetic.
