I was taken to the Chiswick grill back in the late 50s when brought to London by my parents when they visited friends and relatives. It had been very popular with the Turkish Jewish families who lived in Bedford Park 30s to 50s, my father was one who had lived in Fairfax Rd. We loved it there.
