| Agree. I see restaurants as a place to indulge in nice food and wine and to be able to talk to your friends/business contacts. Although I love the ambience of places like Brasserie Zedel, you have to shout to be heard. I am old fashioned, I know, but I like a place with soft decor and nice table coverings, and you can invariably hear one another speak when those are in place. Hopefully for those establishments that manage to break even while implementing social distancing, the experience should be even better. |
