"Fish Hook on TGT - not mentioned yet, I think. When it opened it was great but as the "brand" over-expanded it went rapidly downhill."

That was FishWorks, part of Mitch Tonks's chain which, as you say, over-expanded and crashed.  He's started again with Rockfish but wisely only in Devon so far. 

My wife was a good cook but her fish dishes were much improved after she attended one of Mitch's courses that he ran at Fishworks in TGT.
