| I am not sure that would be the way to tackle this problem.When you legalise weed,the nasty gangster criminals don't wave the white flag and disappear.They manufacture synthetic weed,much more harmful to the user and undercut the price of the legal stuff.As usual, the people at the bottom of the ladder will be the poor, who will buy the cheaper,more harmful stuff.Much better to classify Albania as a country from which we do not accept asylum applications for say, the next two years.That idea is off the top of my head and may or may not work, but one thing we can't do is put our fingers in our ears to genuine concerns. |
