Chris, as we know from the frequent announcements of Chiswick Councillors / OneChiswick, every car journey is necessary and traffic is neither induced nor evaporates which means that the volume of traffic in the area is a finite constant. This means that traffic has the properties of water not gas. Therefore when all of the road restrictions I have mentioned have been removed there will be vast swathes of additional road capacity for the traffic to flow into and disperse itself around the road network. This will result in a free-flowing paradise for drivers in the Chiswick area. Car manufacturers will come to Chiswick to film their commercials in which there are never any other cars. |
