Don't think anybody is going to dispute that but wouldn't a change at this point be problematic? A pedestrian crossing and traffic movement on CHR needs to be suspended which is probably why the phase is so short. You already have the right turn phase out of TGT and then traffic turning right into TGT. If you add on to that later the cycle way which I think removes the left turn filter lane into TGT this is already going to be a very congested junction. I don't think anyway the lights Annandale Road can be managed dynamically. The phase seems to have remained pretty much constant any time I've had to use this road. |
