World over people manage to shop car free - why is this so difficult to understand in Chiswick." I agree. Also, it's not like W4 is short of decent public transport. I appreciate Penny's comments but think that there must be some sort of middle ground. Some of the people on this forum appear to be unable to move without driving (disclaimer: I cannot drive due to medical issues, but am in possession of an utterly vile tartan shopping trolley which serves its purposes). |
