This is by providing retailers more space to expand onto the street and creating a more attractive area for people to visit." Does this mean Hounslow will not be charging business for use of street space as they do at the moment of not? I think we can guess the answer. Will Hounslow allow business to erect permanent weather protection to the goods they have outside? I think we can guess the answer. Would Hounslow consider making this seasonal? Parking permitted after the clocks fall back and not after the clocks spring foward? I think we can guess the answer. |
