The Hansard link is from 3 March 2020 therefore the TfL cost benefit analysis referred to wouldn't have used the latest estimates for the costs to enable motor traffic over the bridge. 3 March 2020 was also before Covid and since then there has been a change in traffic patterns with the traffic over all bridges in London less now than before the pandemic. So it seems likely that many factors used in this analysis from over 5 years ago would no longer apply. |
