That's written towards the end of the webpage that was linked to and is a general statement rather than specific to Hammersmith Bridge. However Fugro don't appear to have ruled out that there may need to be additional work on foundations, before any bridge repair that is intended to open the bridge to all traffic is undertaken. Nor have they said it would be required. As others have already said that's out of their remit. They have passed the data on. If they had concerns, these would have been disclosed privately. |
