| As I said Jeremy, unverified hearsay and anecdotes from unnamed people with no information about the source. Who in Conway? What was their role and responsibility? Were they the gangmaster of the crew doing the resurfacing? Because Conway do those types of projects so that is who they may have been speaking to. What council officer? Can you explain why this unamed council officer doesn't appear to have written anything in a document that has been presented at council committee meetings? You are again speculating that detailed design proposals actually exist. Wishful thinking... Heidi Alexander is just doing what all previous transport ministers have done, just drag things on because she doesn't want to be the person to pull the plug. "Raising the hopes" applies to all the wishful thinkers like you who contruct a tenuous position on the basis of practically no actual information, just hearsay and supposition. |
