| The grit bins (trash magnets) are most certainly the result of Guy's efforts. They didn't appear from thin air without his consent. Unfortunately Matthew is wrong. King Street and surrounding streets do not see the accumulation of trash that sits there, sometimes for days, as we see in Chiswick. I noticed this morning there weren't bins in front gardens. Rather people put trash bags on the pavement for collection. Nor or there grit bins taking up ever-dwindling pavement space. Problems have happened, as I said, but not as a matter of course. I'm hoping Matthew was able to sort out his paddle board crisis. It was a real nail biter. A real first world problem that deserves our attention. |
