The underground bins in parts of Spain are brilliant too. On the surface they look like ordinary street bins but they have huge capacity under street level. That design ensures they never overflow even if you have a useless council like Hounslow that only empties street bins every couple of weeks. If only our councillors could learn from the superior street management styles of the rest of Europe. Instead we have those who seem to embrace third world street management. |
