| I don't know what the situation is like in Hounslow, but I've come across plenty of opposition to compulsory wheelie bins for householders. I'll admit that I didn't like the prospect either, but now we have them where I live in Hammersmith, there is a lot less rubbish around,from bags that have been torn apart by foxes prior to collection in the morning. I'm lucky enough to have a small front garden where I can keep the bins in a corner, without making the garden looking like it's a rubbish bin storage area though. Wheely bins are pretty ugly though! |
