There's more too it than than in Switzerland. In order to throw anything out you need a regulation size disposal sack. Then you need to buy from the post office a stamp appropriate to the size of the sack for a few quid each and stick one on each bag of refuse before taking it to the nearest underground bin. If the authorities find a sack in the bin without a stamp they will investigate the contents or look at CCTV to locate the culprit who will have a visit from the police. |
