| “ I thought the only plus for having a wheelie bin was that collection changes could be hooked onto them. I've never seen them though.” Hopefully they have stopped this ridiculous practise. It is a total waste of paper and most of the notices fall off the bins and cause more mess only to be cleared 6 months later when the street cleaners appear! |
