| Bruce it is MY recycling centre! I would also prefer not to lose it. I would also prefer not to have to have to make an appointment so I can call on my way somewhere else as I've practically always done but I think it is being overused by people who should be able to find another way to dispose of their waste in a more sustainable way - or shouldn't be using it all as they are business users. When I posted about Stirling Road I deliberately posted about all the changes that have been made and why I used to so much less than I used to and why I would miss it. I should not be the only person in this position. I did omit the very important fact that LBE have now introduced the alternative of bags as well as wheelie bins for their garden waste collection which is much more appealing. If business/commercial users want something else why don't they come up with some shared system? Let's have more discussion. |
