Have they not come accross fly tipping. Remove something within distance and your defintely get more people slipping out after midnight dumping something around the corner. Just look in the back of the cage when they are doing the daily street bins,full of junk where people have just used the street bin locations for dumping. The rest has to be collected when reported. It will increase, no doubt about it |
