| The Broadway Living venture may be even more shaky now that Ealing Council's plans for a huge development in the centre of town has been deferred by its own planning committee. As it stands reliance on selling market price units in developments with a high affordability component is not a great business model. On the rubbish issue, I wonder if Ealing have decided to close the tip due to the proportion of out of borough residents using it? |
