| Re the Recycling Centre I'm sure there has been talk before about it being closed for redevelopment. Maybe the contract for running it is now coming to an end? Isn't it being used by commercial/business users as well when it shouldn't be as the disposal of business/commercial waste should be paid for just as it is everywhere else. Unless there is governmental change household waste and recycling disposal IS paid for in Council Tax whereas Business Tax does NOT include a waste and recycling disposal and has to be arranged separately either with a Council or private collector/s. |
