| Yes, please, and not just complain once but insist several times, send photos, and request that the methods, or the teams doing the work, are changed. Email contacts for both Ealing and Hounslow are in previous messages on this thread. We are the ones who pay their wages - that is, the wages of the office clerks replying to our emails and trying to fob us off, and the wages of the butchering teams. So we have the right to object to what they do with our money. |
