Probably the same ones that have had highly critical audit reports for many years. There is no real question that the EU's financial systems are Byzantine and defy proper audit. Indeed many comparisons between Byzantium and Brussels can be made, although I sincerely hope that the EU does not suffer the same ultimate fate as the Eastern Roman Empire.
