| "There is also little agreement amongst the key scientists" To some extent that is true. But one thing they all seem agreed upon is their silence on the subject of keeping your mouth shut if you go within 2 metres of another person. Has anyone ever heard an expert, NHS, the weekly council letter mention anything like this as a suitable course of action to be taking? It seems pretty obvious to me that if you keep your mouth shut at any distance (and don't touch people with infected hands) then you are hugely less likely to spread the virus. I might even go as far as to say that if we all did that for 3 weeks then the virus would be substantially reduced. Once you and the other person have got back to minimum 2 metres apart then you can safely start talking again. Is that too difficult? Am I quite mad to be thinking this? Why is this thought by the NHS experts to be not worth mentioning? Only 2 other people on here have thought it a good idea so why is it such a bad idea? |
