"Message from Kelly O’Neill, Director of Public Health at Hounslow Council Kelly ONeill Over the last week coronavirus cases in Hounslow and other parts of London have been rising. As of today, there were 76 people living in the borough who have had a confirmed positive test in the last seven days. People aged between 20 and 50 years old are the most affected group" You state that you would "dispute the organisers were irresponsible" I would maintain that they were totally irresponsible. Over the last weeks the government has regularly warned of the so called second wave. It is a statement of fact. It was pure madness to promote social gatherings in the midst of this pandemic for no reason other than money, greed and stroking egos. However the main culprit was Curran for allowing this foolishness to go ahead. He showed weakness and no leadership by risking the spread of the virus in Chiswick. |
