| Zero It is down to LBH to look at any risk and recommend any changes. It is down to the flower market to try and limit any issues but cant enforce anything by law. People have a choice to go or not and any COVID issues from the market people have should be directed at LBH and not the market. It is LBH that will have to deal with any COVID issues and not the market organisers. Personally I see no problem. Borough Market I am told is packed most days in the afternoons and it is down to central govt to change any rules regards risk Take France, Big rise in numbers but allow around 5k to attend football matches in Ligue 1. We allow zero into football grounds |
