| Kim, please can you clarify what this structure is? Is it a structure on which to mount adverts, or is it a building that people are going to work/live in? Or will it be, like the building at the Hogarth Roundabout currently, a building that is apparently designed for use by people but which is actually used as an advertising hoarding. I am very suspicious that you are describing this as a building while others seem to think it's for adverts. I think we deserve some honesty and clarity from you on this point. |
