| Just a teensy, weensy snafu with your logic, Michael (color me shocked). Given Chiswick Lane and Weltje are both on CS9, surely they then both exceed the government guidelines you're so concerned about. Or do cyclists suddenly disappear when they cross the border into Chiswick? Given Weltje traffic will be displaced to Chiswick Lane, crossings there will increase. So a situation in exceedance will now get worse. Surely that makes you livid. What's your solution? |
