| A simple solution to mitigate the traffic on King Street would be the installation of a right turn phase on to Goldhawk Road. And/or to remove the small island bit that simply protects the traffic signal which gets in the way of being able to get around those waiting to turn right. Both would be grand. It would help eliminate traffic idling on King Street backed up to Ravenscourt Park which is a common occurrence. And it would also eliminate the new rat runs through St Peters Square created by these measures. |
