| Need to listen to Francis Rowe. What he says is correct. Hounslow may be happy to make life in Chiswick a misery, but the opportunity for this all arises from a Government initiative which offers cash to councils to institute LTNs. So we need to be looking first to lobbying Government. Another factor which doesn't help, of course, is the closure of Hammersmith Bridge which has increased traffic in Chiswick so also needs sorting. |
