| As far as I am aware there isn't a CPZ east of the A316 in Chiswick so the suggestion of offering permit holders there is a non-starter. Although I can see the logic of what is being proposed it is a measure that has been forced on the council by the flaws in the original scheme and will deliver a whole host of new problems. The most significant of these is that of a Labour council creating what could be described as a gated community in a very prosperous area by excluding another area which contains a significant proportion of social housing. It is a very bad look for them. |
