| The UK's independent Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) approved Pfizer and BioNTech's covid-19 vaccine on December the 2nd and AstraZeneca's on the 30th. The European Medicine Agency is yet to approve the latter but have Pfizer's(Dec 21) and Moderna's (Jan 6). Surely if I ordered something ,agreed terms, conditions and delivery ,it would break that contract if someone came along who expected to be served first ? The member states of the EU are not united in this:some of them ie Hungary, are doing their own deals. |
