| Shame that it is felt that education and enforcement can't be used instead of wheelie bins education and enforcement Should it succeed you can bet only the wheelie bins will be mentioned It would be good to see Council officers walking the streets to see what and where the problems are There are too many decisions made without leaving the office Loads of data is collected and statistics thrown around but a lot of it is rubbish when looked at closely What is being done about landlords converting houses and not providing space for bins and not providing bins/recycling bags/recycling info Letting agents also could raise their profile by providing this for incoming tenants Are there also unlicensed HMOs where nobody thinks they have to take any responsibility? |
