| I do understand what Todd is saying to a degree.... If I want to go out for a quiet meal with a friend or partner, I will choose a restaurant where children arent particularly welcome. If its a nice sunny day, I'd rather sit outside in a bar or pub where there arent children playing football, pulling heads off flowers or playing chase around my table, and making me feel uneasy. Of course I will change when I have children, but I do agre that some places should be family friendly, and others "adult only". So many holiday destinations are over 18s, or even the Park Club (which is designed for families) has a 7.30 cut off point, so why not bars and restaurants? surely children under 6 should be in bed by then anyway? |
