"they make a programme out of anything these days, go and visit other areas it speaks for itself, where there is parking it's busy." Spot on! There are so many absolute rubbish programs on TV these days stating the obvious with so many 'producers' dabbling with Daddy's cash to try and make a name for themselves and failing miserably? 90% of programs aren't worth watching - hence the success of Netflix and Amazon Prime. Many of these BBC and ITV programs are made with an air of desperation and fail to attract viewers because they are just such rubbish. However - what would you expect from a nation of tabloid readers. If you want your business to do well - provide ample parking. Kew retail park is a good example for M&S. TKMaxx, Boots and others. Also a good gathering place for mums meeting friends for a coffee I have noticed. Insufficient parking and your business will fail. People want to load up their shopping with ease in their cars. They don't want to struggle on buses and tubes or on bikes with their parcels. Not rocket science. Hence the reason that Shopping Malls across the world are such a success story and attract the shopper. |
