"In the evening it is even easier with loads of spaces" Of course its easier because many are then parking on the single-yellow lines as is allowable. Guess you forgot that. "I wonder how many of the cars parked on CHR on a Sunday belong to staff" Doubtful and/or god forbid the staff should have an easier go of it. Doubtful given its easy to watch the rotation of spaces. Staff are in it for the long haul and thus the spaces wouldn't become available repeatedly throughout the day. TfL could and should easily study it. It wouldn't be the first time they were called to task for not modelling something appropriately. Just ask the folks in Hampstead how they achieved their successful judicial review. Sadly, per the GLA report, TfL is woefully remiss on this issue. Kind of like covering one eye and attempting to hit a bulls-eye without any depth perception. Imagine the success if it were done with both eyes open. |
