| The vast majority of the parking provision is for residents in the 900 odd proposed flats (at a rate of very much less than 1 car park space per flat). There is a small amount of parking provision to support retail, business etc but provision is in line with the council's general expectation and ambition that non-essential car use will dwindle. |
