| The boards are down now - I presume that means no leaf clearing this Friday - the saga goes on. I think they now realise they can’t do both on same day. I hope the tree people turn up this time. Last time I spoke to one who happened to be on the road he said we’ll be back next week. This was over a month ago. Why doesn’t Hounslow Highways communicate effectively with residents, itself and the Council and why doesn’t it do what says it’s going to do? It’s not rocket science - a couple of men a couple of days with a shovel, bags and broom. Instead large temperamental machine and teams of men watching it be cleaned. |
