| As far as I can see, you are ringing the Council call centre. There is also no point in emailing them. All they can do is take a message and pass it on and then close the query. Trees are covered by Hounslow Highways, a separate agency to the Council (although working for the Council)You need to go to the link I gave you and put a general query on there. This means that your request is logged and can be monitored. If then no one comes back to you, I can try and follow it up for you using the enquiry number that you will have been given. But you must start with putting your query on the Hounslow Highways contact us website. |
