| Thanks Richard I have emailed. Riverside Ward. Strangely when I gave Symone the references from the initial call one of them had been closed with no further action suggested. I presume that means no one needs to let me know. If you were going to design a system to frustrate - then this is it. A few years ago I raised a different issues and eventually gave up as too difficult - no one returned calls and you spend so much time waiting for calls to be answered or emails to be replied to, that eventually it’s better to put up with what ever it is you have a problem with than go through this torturous process. |
