| ps: the S enquiry number does not sound like one of HH enquiries. What did it refer to? Unfortunately due to data protection (HH says) I cannot look it up on a map to see what the query is. I would also encourage you to follow the link that is given in the response email where you get the E number. It says "Once we've received and checked your enquiry, you can use the following link to view the status of your enquiry online". In my experience, following this link often leads to "invalid query" which is frustrating. I tend to repeat the query until it registers on the map. The website is being redesigned and hopefully will be up and running second quarter next year. |
