| I agree with Iris that the way to contact them is to raise an enquiry online, and to be as specific as possible about the issue you are raising. The "tree people" in Hounslow Highways are a very small team, and aren't set up to take phone calls from residents. It's possible that one of the Lay Assessors could help. Which ward are you in? |
