| Thanks Richard - I did log the details asking for a call back as explained and gave you the Ward as Riverside. You were going to put me in touch with a Lay Asser. I have heard nothing from you except your We told you so mail above. In point of fact I used the contact details for this issue from the council website. It would have been extatic if they put me through/ or given me a telephone number for Hounslow Highways to call. Both of which they refused to do and said they would send an email instead and I should hear back soon. It shouldn’t be this difficult - there should be a direct line to call or a call back in a timely manner - both of which didn’t happen. So I’m left to follow your links and do a PhD in council tree policy/ scheduling and work it out myself. |
