Fantastic a reply - 13 days for a two line response - no phone call - They'll address this issue before the end of November "as part of our Cyclical Maintenance Programmes" , I assume this is a once yearly programme. I was hoping to speak to someone to describe the issue in more detail but maybe it's obvious. Thank you everyone for your help. |
