| Talk about sense of proportionality.... If you're smart you should nip across the river to that noisy hell hole called Kew and pick up one of the dirt cheap houses there whilst the rest of us mugs are too dozy to understand what's going to happen to Chiswick house prices when noise hell is added to the third world water supplies, chuggers making hell on the High Road, Gestapo traffic wardens, appalling Sainsbury's (there's even a Waitrose in Sheen!), excessive mobile phone shop pollution, too many Starbucks, estate agent signs defacing the streets with charity signboards and all those other things which already make Chiswick such an appalling place to live. Me, I love it here and I'll stick out the horrors with good old British stoicism. |
