| The main bit that doesn't work for me is using an area of outstanding natural beauty (the thames estuary is home to thousands of birds, fish and other living organisims)and it would be 50 miles away from London. New roads would have to be driven through essex to get everyone into the capital, It would be worse than using Stanstead, even now, to get a 11.00 am flight from Stanstead,, you have to leave Chiswick at 7.00 am - or risk missing it. Much better to use Heathrow, quick taxi at 9.00 less pollution as well. |
